Ashwini College of Nursing, a venture of the Rajanikanta Jena Foundation Trust headquartered at Madhusudan Nagar, Unit IV, Bhubaneshwar, Dist Khorda, Pin: 751001, is associated with three prominent parent hospitals—Ashwini Hospital, Ashwini Trauma Centre, and Aditya Ashwini Hospital. These hospitals are the visionary projects of Chairman Dr. Subrat Jena, a renowned Plastic and Trauma Surgeon, and Managing Director Dr. Maya Gantayet, a prominent neurologist.

Established to provide quality education in the healthcare sector, Ashwini College of Nursing received approval for its B.Sc. Course from the Health & Family Welfare Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in 2017. Subsequently, it gained recognition from the Odisha Nurses and Midwives Council and the Indian Nursing Council in 2018, with a sanctioned seat capacity of 30.

Situated in an independent campus, the institute boasts well-ventilated classrooms, fully-equipped laboratories, a comprehensive library, a state-of-the-art conference hall, and a hostel catering to female students.
